Does my child need to be Catholic and a member of your parish?
No — students of all faiths and backgrounds are welcome at Saint Raymond’s. As a Catholic school, each student will be expected to participate in daily prayer and religious education.
Do you offer financial assistance?

Do you offer bus service?
Yes, bus service is offered through the School District of Philadelphia if your child qualifies for its use. Please call the school office at 215-548-1919 for additional information.
Are SEPTA Transpasses available to students?
Transpasses are available to 7th and 8th graders who live more than 1.5 miles away and qualify through the School District of Philadelphia Department of Transportation.
Do you offer before and after care?
Yes, care is available from 7:00am to 6:00pm daily. For additional information, wisit Our CARES Program page under the For Parents section.
Do you offer a breakfast and lunch program?
Yes! Free breakfast and lunch is served to all students through a special program in conjunction with the Nutritional and Development Services program of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia.
When will I find out if we have received financial aid?
As an Independence Mission School, we strive to deliver a high-quality education for an affordable price. All students must be enrolled and accepted before a decision on financial aid will be made. Our enrollment specialists will be able to give you a close estimate of the monthly amount you can expect to pay during your school tour.
How old does my child need to be for Kindergarten?
Students must be 5-years-old before September 1.
How old does my child need to be for Pre-School?
Students need to be potty-trained and four-years-old before September 1.
How many students are in each class?
Classroom sizes range from 27 to 32. Pre-K’s max is 21. Kindergarten is 30.
